IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS
Dear Valued Platinum Parking clients,
When dropping off a vehicle or arriving please note that you can meet us @
OR Tambo Airport
Parkade 2 South
Level 3 Pillar 3H
(see pictures below)
Please note that ACSA has opened the drop off at departures but only one door so we will still be operating inside of the parking area.
DEPARTURES / DROPPING OFF YOUR VEHICLE
Please follow car rental return signs till you see level 2,3,4 parkade 2 south.
– Stay on right hand side
– Enter circle to level 3
– Take ticket at boom and drive to the pillars marked 3H – the driver will be waiting for you there.
ARRIVALS / COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE
Please call, message or Whatsapp us when you have collected your luggage or when you enter the terminal.
if you don’t have luggage, we will then dispatch the vehicle to the airport
It will take us between 10 to 15 minutes to get to the airport.
We will meet you inside the parking area on Level 3 at the pillars marked 3H.
